Manage end-to-end genetic testing operations, including patient coordination, counselling schedules, laboratory communication, sample logistics, and documentation while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Requirements
- B.Sc. in Genetics / Biotechnology / Life Sciences or allied fields
- Tier 1 / Tier 2 University Preferred
- 6 months- 1 year Internship/Work Experience in Healthcare or Operations
- Patient & Stakeholder Coordination
- Laboratory & Logistics Management
