Key Account Manager

Job Essence

Sound understanding of client lifecycle management, brand brief creation, inter-department coordination, structured execution planning, profitability tracking, reporting alignment with performance metrics, and identifying upsell or growth opportunities within existing accounts.

Key Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in Consulting firms and/or Agency environment
  • Strong communication and professional tonality
  • Strategic and structured thinking ability
  • Advanced Excel & PPT proficiency
  • Financial understanding of margins and receivables
  • Stakeholder and multi-project management skills
  • Familiarity with Analytics & CRM tools (like GSC, Notion)
  • Strong attention to deadlines and workflow discipline
  • Confidence in handling client escalations
